in a cast of dominant comedic personalities, belushi was the most. the guy was a bulldozer of a performer, and devastatingly cruel(check out his impression of joe cocker, singing). if you want to see snl when it was transformative, check out John Belushi, on this dvd, or elsewhere, if you can find him. sadly, Belush passed away, in the Chateau Marmont, in Los Angeles, in early 1982, after having been attended by Robert De NIro, and Robin Williams, and a Canadian woman who did some time for the crime. Cathy.....something. there were some rumours of discord between John and Jane, also of the cast. Apparently, he did not think the female castmembers were worthy of carrying his jock. He later revised his opinion, left the show, went on to a mixed success of a film career, and od'd in Southern California. don't get me wrong: this dvd is not a biography, I'm just so passionate about the subject, it overflowed. you don't mind, do you? hello? hello? is there anybody out there?

Samurai anything is always awesome. No Coke,Pepsi! Wish I could find the skit where they switched from Pepsi to Coke. No one believes me when I tell them about it. Should've put the 'Because I dance' skit last, it's gives me goosebumps everytime I see it. Nineteen-eighty was sad year, Belushi and Lennon.
