YOGA is an ancient Indian form of balancing mind and body through breath control and a series of asanas. Asanas are gentle stretching movements designed to rejuvenate the brain, spine, glands and internal organs. They work by increasing the blood and oxygen supply to these areas by stimulating them with a gentle squeezing action. Yoga asanas can be practiced by all age groups and can help in keep the body and mind alert well into old age.

This is a clear, simple Yoga DVD that shows many Yoga positions (around 37 positions) quite well (in three different sections) with some background on some of the positions, and it is well organized. The Yoga Master is Dr. Sujatha, and supposedly she is the first Indian person to have earned a PhD in Yoga. The DVD shows each Yoga position individually, but does not combine the Yoga positions for an exercise.
