Very enjoyable. Motivating! Postive Affirmations well done. Well organized. Highly recommended for all ages. Informative. It could improve your life if you are willing to learn & change what you don't like about your life.

I plan to buy a copy to keep.
Disc1: Follows a woman feeding herself constant negative thoughts and how she transforms them into positive thoughts, interspersed with speaker comments and background of Louise Hay - amazing.
Disc2: EXCELLENT interviews with Gregg Braden (medicineless healing; connectedness of separated particles), Doreen Virtue (positive visualization; watch for and follow your signs), Louise Hay (positive vs negative thoughts), Wayne Dyer (excellent demonstration of kinesiology re truth vs lie - see book "Power vs Force"), Cheryl Richardson (positive visualization), Christiane Nothrup (!), along with others.
