An enjoyable book, well-written by the two co-authors. The plot is fun and the investigation of the mystery takes the reader behind the scenes, as it were, of the entertainment industry. We see what the business will do to make money off an entertainer and we get to see the inside of a rehabilitation facility for the rich and famous -- all of it with humor, although not the Joan Rivers timing from her live performances.
You don't see the killer coming. And you will be impressed again by Joan Rivers' intelligence.
This was a Madeline Bean Culinary Mystery written by Joan Rivers and Jerrilyn Farmer. I was glad to see another Mad Bean mystery, but this one wasn't a good as the others
