A Bullet for SandovalDVD - 1969
It's the summer of 1862, the cruelest period of the Civil War. Rancher Don Pedro Sandoval (Borgnine) denies permission for his daughter, Rosa, to marry ranch foreman John Warner (Hilton). Warner is forced to resign his job and join the Confederate Army. When he finds out that Rosa is pregnant with his child, he deserts the Army and returns to the Sandoval Ranch, only to find Rosa dead, but his son alive. Sandoval blames Warner for the death of his daughter and throws Warner and the infant out of the house. Warner then becomes the leader of a bloodthirsty gang that starts a reign of terror throughout the territory-- their main objective: the death of Sandoval.
