Born in Devon, England (1890) - (author) Agatha Christie holds the Guinness Book of World Records for being the best-selling novelist of all time with sales of her novels now reaching (are you ready for this?) over 2 billion, worldwide. Often referred to as "The Queen of Crime" - Christie's literary works have been translated into 103 different languages.
