Having watched the TV series Jeevs and Wooster, it was neat to read many of the stories that were used. Wodehouse captures the times very well - you have to have some knowledge of the period to get some of the jokes but the humour is there. It's often dry and subtle but I found it an enjoyable romp through the immediate post WWI era. Wodehouse is a master storyteller and fills these stories with characters who are true to their time.
